New facility includes floor-to-ceiling custom mural developed by Magic Garden’s artist and expanded premium space to serve enterprise client needs

PHILADELPHIA – May 17, 2018 – Convene, the nation’s fastest growing flexible office and meeting services provider,  has completed its $10M renovation and expansion at the full-service meeting, event, and flexible work space facility at Convene CityView, located in the Duane Morris building at 30 South 17th Street in Philadelphia. Convene has occupied 15,000 square feet on the 14th floor of the building since February 2017, when the company acquired former meeting and event space provider, The Hub. Convene has now expanded its footprint across the entire 13th floor, totaling more than 45,000 square feet. In addition to full-service meeting and event space that can accommodate up to 350 people, Convene’s newly renovated space now offers flexible office suites for teams of 6 to 60 people looking for shorter lease terms and an elevated workplace experience.

Located centrally near Rittenhouse Square, Convene CityView is close to Suburban Station and offers 360-degree views of the city. The overall design and layout of the space highlights the history and culture of the city, demonstrated most clearly by an original staircase mural designed by Isaiah Zagar which connects the two floors. Zagar is best known as the  local artist behind Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens.

Convene CityView is the ideal venue to outsource meeting and flexible workplace needs within the center of Philadelphia, with its proximity to the Philadelphia Convention Center, City Hall, and Suburban Station with panoramic views of Philadelphia’s cityscape and notable landmarks, including Rittenhouse Square and Logan Square.
