Our priority has always been to provide the safest and best-in-class experience for everyone at Convene – employees, clients, members and guests alike. As we closely monitor COVID-19 and the Delta variant in our communities, we are continuing to evolve our on-site safety measures to prioritize the health, wellbeing, and peace of mind of everyone at our locations.
In our effort to continue providing premium and safe work environments, we are implementing the following changes:
- Beginning September 13, 2021, we will require proof of vaccination status for all employees, clients, members, and guests who visit us at any of our physical locations. Anyone who has started the vaccination process by September 13 will be permitted to enter Convene.
- By October 4, we will require proof of full vaccination status. By this date, we are asking everyone working from or meeting at a Convene to show that they have had the full dose of the COVID-19 vaccine as recommended by the manufacturer and it has been 14 days since the last shot. For example, to enter our doors on October 4, visitors must have received their last dose by September 20.
Health and wellness are a key part of the Convene experience and we made this decision after consulting the guidance of the CDC, our healthcare partners at Eden Health, and the government entities at the local and federal level. This also builds upon the COVID-19 Operating Standards and Safety Protocols we released last year, which were endorsed by Ron Klain, President Biden’s Chief of Staff.

We are continuing to provide all Convene WorkPlace members and employees access to our health and wellness partner Eden Health. Eden Health offers guidance on where to get vaccinated; daily COVID-19 monitoring and screening from home; on-site and virtual 360-degree care for medical needs include primary care and mental care; and 24/7 virtual care options.
In the coming days and weeks, we will publish additional, detailed guidance and educational resources to support this on-site vaccination requirement. We will continue to prioritize your safety and peace of mind at our physical locations and offer virtual and hybrid options to be inclusive of all members of our shared community.
