Just blocks from Grand Central in Manhattan, this is Convene’s newest WorkPlace property. The location offers 116K of rentable square feet that can accommodate over 700 people across 2 floors or private suites for teams from 12-120 people.

333 South Grand Avenue, located within the Bunker Hill neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles, offers 25K of rentable square feet that can accommodate teams of 8-37 people.

30 South 17th Street, located near Suburban Station in Center City, offers 17K of rentable square feet that can accommodate teams of 12-40 people.

311 W. Monroe is centrally located in the Chicago Loop and offers 70K rentable square feet of premium office space that can accommodate teams of 6 – 41 people.

WorkPlace Membership

Instead of a traditional lease, we provide three flexible ways to work out of our locations.

Private Office Membership

Our WorkSuites are designed for teams of 6-120 people. With this membership, you have a dedicated private suite, premium office furniture with design consultation, 24/7 secure access, and an introductory Global membership.

Individual Membership

Our individual memberships — designed for corporate travelers, agile project teams, and in-building tenants — offer a monthly subscription to a network of high-end, shared “workspaces” in one or all of our locations.

Corporate Access

Our Corporate Access program is right for the corporations that want to provide access to our WorkPlace to certain employees - whether that’s one person, a team, or a combination of employees and their guests or visitors.
