Convene Announces Technology Upgrades at Convene 237 Park in Midtown Manhattan

We are pleased to announce upcoming technology upgrades at Convene 237 Park in Midtown Manhattan. The location will close for renovations in December and reopen in January 2025.

Convene 237 Park will receive new technology infrastructure to provide more powerful and reliable connectivity as well as updated digital screens throughout. For increased branding opportunities, the Reception area will have five new 65-inch Portrait displays and the Gallery area will boast a new high-resolution 75-inch display; each of the seven meeting rooms will also get upgraded 4K displays, ranging in size from 55 to 98 inches.  One of the most impressive venue updates will be the installation of a 29.5-foot LED Wall in the Forum, ideal for showcasing high-impact video demonstrations, immersive presentations, interactive content, live event streaming, or displaying real-time data or social media feeds.:

Additional upgrades being made to Convene 237 Park include:

• A new state-of-the-art network-based video system for maximum flexibility
• New speaker and microphone system in the Forum offering Voice-of-God capabilities
• Video conferencing improvements including new cameras, pendant microphones, and adding video conferencing capabilities to all meeting rooms
• New lighting control system to manage lighting settings across the venue
• Updated seating in the Forum for maximum comfort
