Convene Announces Venue 42 by Convene, a New Location at 5 Times Square

Convene Partners with RXR to Offer Meeting and Conference Center as Building Amenity: “Venue 42 by Convene”

We are proud to announce “Venue 42 by Convene,” a new meeting and conference center at 5 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. Venue 42 by Convene will occupy approximately 30,000 square-feet on the fifth floor of the 1.1 million-square-foot building.

Demand for meeting and event space in the area remains strong and we’re proud to once again be partnering with RXR Realty to create an exceptional amenity space and conference center at 5 Times Square.”

With a proven track record of delivering elevated workday experiences, this is the fifth time RXR has partnered with Convene to help amenitize one of its assets as a means of attracting and retaining tenants. Convene’s premium corporate Meeting & Event spaces provide everything needed for a turnkey experience including: thoughtfully-designed spaces to maximize collaboration and productivity, full-service event production resources, catering, and a dedicated A/V team for in-room and hybrid tech support.

Venue 42 by Convene will comprise nine meeting rooms, each of which can be custom-configured to accommodate various event types - from conferences with breakout rooms, company town halls, classroom-style learning, corporate social events, and more; the largest meeting room at Venue 42 by Convene will have a capacity of approximately 240 guests. It is expected to open March 2024.

As the largest single provider of dedicated meeting and event venues in North America and the UK, the addition of Venue 42 by Convene grows the company’s global network to 40 premium meeting, event, and flexible office locations across its portfolio of brands.
