Located just two blocks from Grand Central Station, 237 Park Avenue offers over 12,000 square feet of amenitized space, 30,000 square feet of event space, and 8 different meeting rooms with features such as video walls, customizable LED lighting, an onsite kitchen and unlimited access to drinks and snacks. It’s the ideal location for executive retreats, corporate offsites, product launches, roadshows, and private receptions - and can also enable virtual and hybrid events for up to 10,000 guests.

The Design
Having undergone a recent, multi-million dollar renovation in 2016, Convene at 237 Park Avenue has been re-imagined as a modern masterpiece in Midtown Manhattan’s Business District. The 21-story high rise features clean, minimalist design on its exterior, while modern white finishes and bold natural wood twin panels draw the viewer’s eyes upwards to the bright and airy atrium inside.

Staying true to the building’s modern and contemporary aesthetic, Convene at 237 Park Avenue features custom, curated artworks painted and decorated on the walls, bronze bar taps, a fireplace, and plush lounge seating located throughout. Unlike any other conference center in New York City, 237 Park evokes a unique and elevated event and meeting experience with unmatched design, features, and service.

The Space
Conveniently located on the lobby floor of the building, guests entering Convene at 237 Park Avenue are greeted with an open reception area complete with coat check and custom designed check in desk, a staple of all Convene locations and the perfect way to make a great first impression.
Directly to the left, guests will find The Boardroom, our jewel box-like space for formal meetings that seat up to 12 guests. It is equipped with an 80” LCD display, conference phone, and Convene’s signature resources.
Outside The Boardroom, you will find the The Club, which features several spaces for working, lounging, and meeting. The work area is ideal for breakout sessions, collaborations, or in-between meetings work, while the lounge area is great for enjoying lunch or evening cocktails. The parlor, which fits up to 100 guests for meetings, lounging, or informal collaborations, is a flexible space that features a fireplace, 109” projection screen, and custom-designed furnishings.
Down the hall to the right, guests will walk past the Dining Area to find The Library and The Hub, two meeting spaces ideal for large meetings or brainstorming sessions. The Library provides a relaxed and comfortable setting with high-end sofas, lounge furniture, and a 90” LED TV, seating up to 65 guests, while The Hub features natural lighting, a 137” projection screen, built-in whiteboards, and seating for up to 87 people.
Guests will pass through The Bridge, a flexible space equipped with tables and chairs with direct views of Grand Central, to find the Innovation Space, which is a dedicated room for brainstorming and synthesizing. This room features large geometric wall designs that double as built-in dry erase boards, a 90” LCD display, and seating for up to 75 guests.
The largest space in the venue, appropriately named The Forum, seats up to 248 participants theater style and 141 classroom style. Featuring natural light, four projection screens, four LCD displays, a conference speakerphone, it is the ideal location for your next executive retreat or offsite.

Nourish stations are located throughout the space as refreshment areas to feed your body and mind. These four stations are always stocked with espresso, coffee, and an array of snacks, magazines, and newspapers for your guests’ convenience.
