Anyone who sets foot into a property within a Convene will experience exceptional hospitality. We pride ourselves on hiring the best people to anticipate the needs of our clients as hospitality is at the core of everything we do.
Ensuring clients and guests have access to nourishing food and drinks throughout their time at a Convene space is extremely important - whether it’s for a one-day meeting, offsite or conference, or every day as a member of Convene WorkPlace. You can’t power through your workday without energy from healthy and nutritious food and snacks, and of course… coffee.
Enter Nourish: the Convene curated snack bar that provides all members and guests access to a rotating selection of complimentary food and drinks.
All members and guests at Convene receive unlimited access to Nourish
In addition to receiving fresh food prepared by our in-house Executive Chefs, all members and guests at Convene receive unlimited complimentary access to our Nourish snack bars for their entire duration at Convene. At any time, guests can help themselves to an ever-rotating selection of sweet, savory, fresh, and healthy snacks and/or drinks at any of the several Nourish snack bars located throughout each Convene location. No matter where you are, a Nourish is never far away.
What might be included in a Nourish snack bar?
Specific offerings vary by market and time of year, but Nourish snack bars will include a combination of:
- Salty snacks, such as Lesser Evil Himalayan Pink Salt popcorn, Miss Vicky's Potato Chips, Harvest Snaps Crunchy Loops, Veggie Toasted Crackers, Field Trip Jerky, and more.
- Sweet snacks, such as Sour Patch Kids, Tony Chocolonely's, Brownie Brittle, Wiley Wallaby Licorice, Soley Organic Mango Fruit Jerky, Olyra Raspberry Bar and Olyra Chocolate Breakfast Biscuits, and more.
- Fresh fruit, including bananas, apples, pears, and oranges
- Hot beverages are offered throughout the day, including fresh coffee from our local coffee partners, as well as a variety of espresso drinks and lattes. A wide variety of tea is offered as well.
- Cold beverages are offered in two different ways: on tap and in a fully-stocked communal refrigerator. On tap we offer still and sparkling water, cold brew coffee, seasonal iced tea, and kombucha. Some locations also offer local and seasonal beer on tap. In cans, we offer a variety of sodas and sparkling water for our guests.
Our approach to our Nourish snack bars is extremely intentional
- Our Philosophy: The word “Nourish” has a special meaning for us at Convene - it’s about taking good care and feeding the mind as well as the body in healthful and inspirational ways. Every Convene location has at least one Nourish snack and beverage bar, which also serves as the primary location for food service and and social interaction during breaks.
- Our Inspiration: The feeling of being in your best friend’s house, walking into the kitchen, and helping yourself to a snack at your leisure – That’s how we want our guests to feel at Convene - comfortable enough to help themselves to nourishment they need at any point throughout their day.
- “Think Global, Act Local:” While Convene has a global presence, we work with local vendors and suppliers in every region to ensure we’re considering regional preferences. We also try to feature snacks from small businesses, as well as women and minority-owned businesses as much as possible. Our goal is for each city to have a custom menu of options at their Nourish stations utilizing the “80/20 Rule,” where 80 percent of the snacks at each location are standardized, while the other 20 percent are dictated by regional specialties.
