Convene delivers an exceptional level of hospitality-driven services 

To deliver this exceptional level of hospitality-driven service, the on-site Convene team comprises:

  • A general manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue inclusive of service, hospitality, event operations, A/V and technology, and facilities
  • An event production manager, responsible for serving as a client’s dedicated single point of contact from planning through to execution of the event and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
  • A technology manager, responsible for the system networks, A/V support, webcasting, and event lighting
  • An executive chef, responsible for menu development, food preparation and plating, and overall kitchen management
  • A service manager, responsible for the setup of culinary service, facilities maintenance, and security
  • And a hospitality coordinator, responsible for managing the welcome desk and supporting fellow on-site team members to ensure guests enjoy high-quality service throughout their time at Convene

Convene provides Executive Chef-led catering services

With Executive Chef-led in-house catering at each location, the menu for Convene Meetings & Events is intentionally designed to provide nourishing and energizing cuisine to sustain attendees throughout the duration of the day.  Dishes are seasonal yet regional, featuring premium, locally-sourced ingredients that thoughtfully cater to all dietary needs with each meal package including delicious vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options.  Recent menu items have included:

  • Vegetarian Winter Squash Tartine with roasted acorn squash, herbed goat cheese, baby arugula, and lemon
  • Vegan Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with spiced and roasted cauliflower, quinoa, smoky tomato sauce, spinach, herbs, and a shaved fennel salad
  • Dairy-free Brisket Torta with braised brisket, pinto beans, romaine lettuce, pickled red onion, and chipotle aioli
  • Gluten-free French Cut Chicken Breast with turnips, turnip greens, fingerling potatoes, and a mushroom & tomato pan jus
