Convene Unveils Fall-Winter Menu Featuring goop Collaboration
Posted September 23, 2024 By ConveneWith Executive Chef-led in-house catering at each Convene location, our menus are intentionally designed to provide nourishing and energizing cuisine to help sustain throughout the workday. We recently unveiled our 2024 Fall-Winter Menu, featuring seasonal yet regional dishes made with premium, locally sourced ingredients. And this season, we partnered with Convene WorkPlace member goop, a modern lifestyle brand with Award-winning beauty and fashion lines, to introduce a co-branded smoothie.
A staple for AM Breaks in the U.S. this season is “The Green Smoothie by goop & Convene,” co-created by the Convene Culinary Committee, led by Executive Chef Ryan Gallagher, and goop. It is meant to be an energizing smoothie that combines the refreshing taste of leafy greens and fruits with a natural sweetness and creaminess; the seeds offer a nutrient-rich backing, providing a perfect mid-morning boost.
To make “The Green Smoothie by goop & Convene,” simply add the following ingredients to a blender and serve chilled:
- Banana (Frozen) - 2oz
- Pineapple (Frozen) - 2oz
- Spinach - 1oz
- Kale - 1oz
- Hemp Seeds - 0.16oz
- Flax Seeds - 0.16oz
- Lime juice - 1oz
- Coconut Water - 8oz
Additional highlights from the Fall-Winter Menu include:
- Smoked Salmon Breakfast Salad made with smoked salmon, heirloom salad greens, cucumbers, radish, hard-boiled eggs, feta cream cheese spread, bagel chips, lemon oil, and herbs
