Convene Partners With BCD Meetings & Events To Offer Clients Tech-Enabled Accommodation Sourcing 

We are pleased to announce a partnership with BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) to provide Convene and etc.venues clients with a technology-driven solution for sourcing accommodation for events.

As part of this partnership, BCD M&E has developed bespoke online hotel maps to assist in accommodation booking for event attendees. These maps display hotel partners near each of the 38 Convene locations. Clients can access these maps via the location page on convene.com or receive the link directly from their Convene sales representative.

Convene clients can book up to eight hotel rooms directly through the hotel map. For room blocks of nine or more, clients will be connected to the BCD M&E accommodation-sourcing team.
