As live events have become increasingly central to every brand’s growth strategy, event planners and marketers have been tasked with continuing to raise the bar to ensure their events are engaging and memorable. This helpful guide demonstrates how brands can measure the success of their events by generating ROI - not only a return on investment, but also a “return on interaction.” In 2024, ROI is considered both quantitative and qualitative.
