Convene Willis Tower

Looking for an exciting destination that can accommodate both your reception and main event? Convene has several event spaces available in one of the world’s most iconic buildings.

Located in the Loop area of downtown Chicago, Convene Willis Tower offers 11 different meeting and event spaces across 90,000 square feet. The venue gets plenty of natural light from the  floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor terraces.

Convene Willis Tower is conveniently located near the Washington/Wells, Quincy, and Union “L” Train stations, making it easily accessible for guests. It’s also close to several bus stations and public parking areas. 

The Hall

The Hall at Convene Willis Tower is an ideal space for large corporate events and connects directly to a gallery that is perfect for receptions.

Located on the third floor of the building, the Hall can accommodate up to 869 guests. The Hall is flexible and divisible, so it can be used for a wide range of event setups. With a state-of-the-art projection screen, this tech-enabled space is perfect for highly visual business receptions and other events like award shows and galas.

The Hall is a stunning room that gets natural light to keep attendees energized and focused. The space also connects directly to one of our outdoor terraces, allowing attendees to step outside (when the weather permits) to enjoy fresh air and city views.

In addition to the outdoor terrace, the Hall also connects to the Jackson Gallery, a flexible space that’s perfect for welcoming your attendees as they arrive. The gallery features an open layout and warm ambiance that encourages networking and socialization.

Convene 311 West Monroe Street

If you need a space specifically for a business reception, Convene 311 West Monroe Street is an ideal, centrally located destination in downtown Chicago.

Attendees will love the thoughtful design of the venue,  which pays homage to the city’s rich industrial and musical history by interweaving modernist architecture with an interior design reminiscent of Chicago’s underground jazz scene. The space exhibits warm hues through ambient lighting with rich pops of color and intricate detailing throughout. 

Convene 311 W Monroe provides a white box space allowing for client and event branding opportunities, in-house catering with customization options and dining private to each event, in-room A/V technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources.

Convene 311 West Monroe Street is located in the Loop area near the Washington/Wells and Quincy subway stations. It's also accessible by bus and has public parking spaces nearby.

The Gallery

The Gallery is an ideal space for business receptions and other corporate gatherings. Located on the first floor of the building, the Gallery has a maximum capacity of 493 people. 

The open, flexible design of the Gallery makes it perfect for socializing during the reception portion of a business event. It can also accommodate various setups to meet different event needs, including networking events, informal meetings, and formal dining events.

The Gallery offers plenty of comfortable seating for attendees and easy access to unlimited snacks and drinks from our Nourish stations.

If you’re looking for a smaller reception space, the Forum at Convene 311 West Monroe Street can accommodate up to 141 people. Located on the second floor of the building, the Forum is a 2,750-square-foot space with 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural light.

Convene 333 North Green Street

If you want to make a big impression with your business reception, Convene 333 North Green Street has ideal spaces for you.

Located in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market District, Convene 333 North Green Street offers 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The stunning design is inspired by the Chicago World’s Fair of 1893 and includes elements like reclaimed wood and decorative wall treatments. The space also features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer plenty of natural light and panoramic views of downtown Chicago.

In addition to built-in A/V tech in each room, Convene 333 North Green Street has on-site tech teams and hospitality resources to support your needs throughout your event.

Convene 333 North Green Street is accessible via Morgan Station, Grand Station, or the Halstead and Fulton Market bus. The building also includes a convenient paid parking garage.

The Gallery

The Gallery at Convene 333 North Green Street is a 100-person event space that’s perfect for a corporate reception.

Located on the sixth floor of the building, the Gallery offers stunning cityscape views. Its open design makes it ideal for networking or socializing before a corporate event. 

If you’re hosting a business reception with more than 100 people, the Gallery connects to the Green Forum – our largest space at Convene 333 North Green Street. The Forum is a flexible space with plenty of natural light and a clean and modern design that can host up to 400 people. 

The space is equipped with projection screens, whiteboards, and a built-in audio conferencing system. Additionally, one of our Nourish stations is located right outside this space, making it easy for attendees to access unlimited refreshments throughout the event.
