Small Meeting Rooms

Looking for a room that will maximize the productivity of your next small meeting? 

The South Boardroom is a private, collaborative space located on the second floor (also known as the “connection” floor) of Convene One Liberty Plaza. With a capacity of up to 14 people, the South Boardroom is perfect for small meetings, brainstorming sessions, and similar intimate gatherings. 

To ensure a streamlined meeting experience, the boardroom is tech-enabled with a 90” LED display and a built-in audio conferencing system that allows you to seamlessly bring in team members virtually.

Convene One Liberty Plaza is located in lower Manhattan, close to several subway lines, including the Fulton Street and Cortlandt Street stations. It’s also close to the PATH train that connects New York and New Jersey.

Board Meeting Rooms

The East Boardroom 2 is a private, modern room equipped with the state-of-the-art technology Convene is known for. 

Located at Convene 101 Greenwich space in New York’s Financial District, East Boardroom 2 has a capacity of 24 people, making it perfect for board meetings with key stakeholders and other small gatherings. 

The room has tinted glass walls that allow attendees to see out while blocking anyone outside the room from seeing in. It’s also closest to our Nourish station, making it easy for attendees to grab a snack to keep them fueled and focused.

The boardroom has an innovative design that features an 75" LED display to elevate your meetings. It also includes a built-in audio conferencing system that can be used for hybrid meetings.

Centrally located in the downtown Financial District, Convene 101 Greenwich is near the World Trade Center Station, Wall Street Station, and several other subway lines, as well as the PATH.

Offsite Meeting Spaces

The key to productivity can sometimes be as simple as a change of scenery. If you’re looking for a collaborative place to meet and work outside your office, look no further.

The Hub 2 and Hub 2 Breakout rooms at Convene 101 Greenwich are perfect for offsite meetings, work sessions, brainstorms, and more. The Hub 2 is a modern, flexible space with three 113” projection screens. It can fit up to 74 people but is adjacent to the smaller Hub 2 Breakout room. With a capacity of up to 30 people, the Hub 2 Breakout is perfect for smaller, productive breakout sessions.

Both the Hub 2 and the Hub 2 Breakout are flexible, tech-enabled spaces that can easily transform to accommodate different setups for your offsite meetings and work sessions.

The Hub 2 and Hub 2 Breakout are located on the second floor of Convene 101 Greenwich property in the Financial District, easily accessible by subway or bus.

Small Group Networking Space

Whether you’re looking to plan a working lunch, a small reception, or another small networking event, the Gallery 2 Mezzanine at Convene One Liberty Plaza can flex to fit your needs.

The open-concept space can accommodate up to 35 people. The gallery promotes social interaction and collaboration, making it perfect for networking. 

Located on the second floor of One Liberty Plaza in downtown New York City, the gallery gets plenty of natural light and beautiful city views. The space is also located right next to one of our Nourish stations, giving attendees easy access to unlimited snacks and drinks that will keep them fueled.

One Liberty Plaza is easily accessible and close to the PATH and several subway lines, including Fulton Street Station and Cortlandt Street Station.
