Town Hall Event Space

Need a flexible space for a town hall event? The Forum at Convene 117 West 46th Street can accommodate up to 536 people, making it a perfect spot for large meetings and events.

The Forum space was recently refurbished and has plenty of natural light that encourages better productivity and attentiveness. The 4,520 square-foot room features five 137” projection screens to ensure all attendees can view the content, and high-speed WiFi to ensure seamless connectivity.

Convene 117 West 46th Street is our largest event venue in Midtown West. It’s easily accessible via several subway stations, and is located between Times Square and Rockefeller Center, making it an ideal destination for town halls and other large-scale events. 

 

Corporate Event Space

The Hub at Convene 75 Rockefeller Plaza is a modern, minimalist space designed to accommodate events for up to 180 people, making it perfect for corporate events. 

The Hub is located on the 31st floor of the iconic building, offering plenty of natural light and breathtaking views of midtown New York. The space is equipped with three 123” projection screens and plenty of whiteboards for maximum productivity. The Hub is also adjacent to the Gallery, an ideal post-event reception space that can fit 100 people.

Convene 75 Rockefeller Plaza is a beautiful destination centrally located in one of the most popular and historic areas of New York City. It’s close to Times Square and easily accessible via several nearby bus stations and subway lines, including Rockefeller Center station.

 

Conference Space 

The Forum at Convene 237 Park Avenue is the perfect destination for any large-scale conference. The room has space for up to 272 people and features a flexible design that can accommodate different setups based on your event needs.

The Forum is the largest room at 237 Park Avenue. It gets plenty of natural light to help guests stay attentive and productive throughout the day. The Forum is also located directly across from one of our many Nourish stations at this venue, giving guests easy access to unlimited snacks and drinks to keep them energized throughout the entirety of your event.

The 2622 square-foot forum is a tech-enabled space equipped with four projection screens – two 164” and two 134” – as well as four 55” LCD displays. The room also has a built-in audio conferencing system, making it a great option for your next hybrid event. 

Convene 237 Park Avenue is located just two blocks from Grand Central Station in Midtown East, and is also easily accessible by bus.

General Large Event Space

Whether you’re hosting a conference, gala, product launch, town hall, or networking reception, the Gallery at Convene 117 West 46th Street is an ideal venue.

An elegant and flexible event space, the Gallery has a capacity for up to 658 people. It features an open design that encourages social interactions, and can accommodate formal dining with Executive Chef-prepared meals from our in-house culinary team.

The Gallery is on the first floor of 117 West 46th, Convene’s largest Midtown Manhattan event venue. The property is in an exciting and easily accessible area of the city, located between Times Square and Rockefeller Center.
